In Central Florida, we are currently developing business parks along the bustling I-4 corridor between Tampa and Orlando. In addition to our business parks, CFD currently owns over 200 developable acres in Central Florida. CFD to Begin Construction on 137,500 SF Spec Building

With leasing complete at our most recent spec building, CFD is set to begin construction on the first building in our newest business park, Central Florida Commerce Center. The 72-acre property is conveniently located on County Line Road, less than two miles from I-4, and is strategically located in the heart of Central Florida. County Line Road is approximately 15 miles east of I-75 and 45 minutes southwest of Downtown Orlando. The first spec building will accommodate users up to 137,500 SF and will be complete in October 2017. The building will feature 30-foot clear heights, a 195-foot truck court, and abundant parking for cars and trailers. In addition to the spec building, CFD can accommodate build-to-suits on the site up to 800,000 SF.

CFD Leases 77,500 SF to Dart Container Corporation

Dart Container Corporation, a leading manufacturer, and distributor of cups, plates, containers, lids and straws, recently signed a lease for 77,500 SF at the County Line Commerce Center. With this lease, both spec buildings at the park are 100% leased. We look forward to working with Dart, and having them as a customer for many years.

15,000 – 30,000 SF Available for Immediate Occupancy on I-4

CFD has 30,000 SF available for lease at Eagles Landing, strategically located at the interchange of I-4 and County Line Road. The available space has 10 dock doors and 1 drive-in door. The building is 30’ clear, and 150’ deep.

CFD has 8 acres available for sale or lease at the intersection of I-4 and County Line Road in our Eagles Landing development. These 1 to 8-acre sites have frontage on I-4 and are pad ready. With a traffic count of over 125,000/day and 11,000 employees within two miles, these sites are ideal for hotels and restaurants.

Expanding Lefrois Builders and Developers’ Portfolio

Our New York company, Lefrois Builders and Developers has had a great start to the year, with many great projects under construction or recently completed. Notable partnerships include leasing 46,000 SF to Spectrum (formerly Charter Communications) and beginning construction of a build-to-suit for Scotts Miracle-Gro.

With these recent deals, our company’s portfolio has grown to over 3 million square feet and we remain one of the largest general contractors in the Rochester, NY area.
