County Line Commerce Center manufacturing development Central Florida

Spring is here and the real estate market is heating up! Central Florida Development has welcomed two new customers to Eagles Landing North this quarter – IP +, an industrial packaging supplier, and Lippert, a distributor and installer of glass for RV’s. With these 45,000 square feet of leases, we are almost fully leased at Eagle Landing with just 30,000 square feet remaining.

I’ve attached recent aerials for the two business parks we are currently developing – Eagles Landing South and County Line Commerce Center. At Eagles Landing South, our 75,000 s.f. office build to suit will be completed in July, bringing 500 new jobs to Lakeland. We also have four sites that are available for office, hotel, and restaurant uses. These sites have all the infrastructure in place and are available for lease or sale.

Our newest business park, County Line Commerce Center in Plant City, is well underway and our 100,000 s.f. speculative building will deliver in July. The spec building is 30’ clear,150’ deep, and has a 195’ truck court. Leasing activity has been good, and we hope to announce our first lease very soon. In addition to our future industrial and flex buildings on the site, we have two outparcels well-suited for retail and restaurant uses, with over 9,000 employees within two miles of the park.

We recently purchased an additional 10 acres just south of Amazon.com and now own 72 acres that is currently being marketed for build to suits. The Plant City City Council voted to extend water and sewer to our site last night, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2016. We can deliver a building well over 1 million square feet with abundant trailer parking, and the city is committed to creating jobs and recruiting new businesses.
